We'll use your email to send you the result and notify you when ordering becomes available. PD (pupillary distance) is used to convert pixel measurements to millimetres — you can get it from an optician or measure it yourself (average adult: 62–65 mm).

Look directly into the camera. Your face should fill most of the frame. Even front lighting improves detection accuracy.
